Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end annotation tasks.
Liaise with remote Alexa Shopping feature teams worldwide.
Drive appropriate data-oriented analysis and adoption of technology solutions.
Manage stakeholder communication on operational milestones, process changes, and escalations.
Identify process gaps and work with stakeholders to resolve them.
Support Ops manager in hiring and performance management.
Drive business/operational metrics through quantitative decision making.
Collaborate with other teams and SMEs to support new process and service launches.

Requirements

Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Fluent in English (speak, write, read).
Experience working in a fast-paced, rapidly changing operations environment.
Experience in creating process improvements with automation and analysis, or experience troubleshooting problems and offering solutions to streamline complex challenges.
Experience reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications, or experience developing MOPs and SWMS for planned works.
Ability to lead process improvement initiatives and develop actionable implementation plans.
Ability to drive cross-functional optimization efforts that deliver measurable operational excellence.

Desired Qualifications

Knowledge of CSV, JSON, Markdown or python.
Knowledge of machine learning approaches and algorithms.
