Nous recherchons un chef de processus pour rejoindre notre équipe des opérations de shopping Alexa. Vous serez responsable de la gestion de bout en bout des tâches d'annotation, de la connexion avec les parties prenantes, de la priorisation du travail et de la garantie de la qualité des solutions. Le candidat retenu sera le premier point de contact avec les équipes de fonctionnalités Alexa Shopping dans le monde entier et devra être à l'aise pour dialoguer avec des équipes distantes.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end annotation tasks.
Connect with stakeholders and manage communication across multiple lines of business.
Prioritize work and identify process improvement opportunities.
Be the subject matter expert for the process and train junior associates.
Drive solutions quality KRAs for the team.
Support Ops manager in hiring and performance management.
Collaborate effectively with other teams and SMEs to support launches of new process and services.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Fluent in English (speak, write, and read).
Experience working in a fast-paced, rapidly changing operations environment.
Experience in creating process improvements with automation and analysis, or troubleshooting problems and offering solutions to streamline complex challenges.
Analyze and interpret complex Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure organizational adherence.
Lead process improvement initiatives and develop actionable implementation plans.
Drive cross-functional optimization efforts that deliver measurable operational excellence.

Desired Qualifications

Knowledge of CSV, JSON, Markdown, or Python.
Knowledge of machine learning models.
