Tetra Pak is looking for a Process Cell Manager for their Finishing department in Binh Duong, Vietnam. The role involves coordinating production operations to ensure efficiency, timeliness, and adherence to budget and quality standards, along with managing team development and WCM activities.

Responsibilities

Operate the production line.
Manage production key performance indicators (KPIs).
Take prompt action to solve process problems ensuring safety, product quality, and machine efficiency.
Coordinate between different working processes of the entire production line.
Manage team and employee development.
Engage in WCM Activities in the Factory.
Follow and promote safety norms and standards.

Requirements

At least 5-6 years of experience in managing production, a technical area, or a small team.
Strong TPM or WCM experience.
Mechanical background.
Basic knowledge of Tetra Pak production processes.

Desired Qualifications

Multi-process experience will be an added advantage.
