Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and improve frameworks, tools, and operational motions to optimize License Sales business strategy.
- Drive new seat growth and reduce customer churn.
- Enable decision-making at senior levels and collaborate with global/regional leaders.
- Ensure operational plans align with strategic priorities and growth plans.
- Collaborate across disciplines and global teams to execute growth vision and differentiated features.
- Improve License Sales capabilities for experimentation and growth through a proactive, ownership-driven approach.
- Own operational plans alongside functional leaders in commercial infrastructure, product value/packaging, and go-to-market optimization.
- Drive business analytics to identify, prioritize, and solve business challenges.
- Act as a key business partner in developing long-term strategic and annual plans, and maintaining forecasts.
- Bring together regional, go-to-market, Sales, and business teams for optimal process and planning outcomes.
Requirements
- BA/BS Required.
- 8+ years of experience in financial management, business planning, operations management, strategy, project management, human resources, or business-related roles.
- Exceptional analytical skills and clear thinking; experience building scalable models and processes.
- Equally comfortable with independent tasks and collaborative projects.
- Ability to effectively prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into meaningful insights and recommendations.
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship now and in the future.
