Responsibilities
- Define and drive product strategy, roadmap, and investment opportunities for AI-powered commerce experiences.
- Partner with Engineering, Applied Science, Data Science, Design, and Product Marketing to translate needs into product experiences and technical solutions.
- Lead end-to-end product development from concept to launch and iteration, ensuring quality execution and measurable outcomes.
- Influence and align stakeholders across organizations to accelerate product innovation at scale.
- Utilize customer insights, usability research, data, and performance metrics to identify opportunities and improve the product experience.
- Foster strong relationships with customers and partners, leveraging feedback and market insights to shape product direction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development, OR equivalent experience.
- 2+ years experience leading cross functional product teams across advertising, privacy, search, conversational AI, or generative AI.
- 6+ years experience improving product metrics for a product, feature, or experience in a market.
- 5+ years experience with data analytics and experimentation tools with working knowledge of SQL and coding skills (Python, Javascript).
Desired Qualifications
- Preferred: Bachelor's Degree AND 12+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development, OR equivalent experience.
- Depth in experimentation and measurement (A/B testing, causal inference, learning outcomes, cohort analysis).
Benefits
- The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $142,800 - $274,800 per year.
- The base pay range in the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area is USD $188,000 - $304,200 per year.
- Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
