Responsibilities

- Build a team culture prioritizing reliability, security, and operational excellence.
- Represent the team's work to leadership and customers.
- Shape the roadmap with partners and executives, incorporating feedback.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 6+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR equivalent experience.
- Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements, including Microsoft Cloud Background Check.
Desired Qualifications
- 3+ years people management experience.
- Experience in either identity, security systems or distributed systems at scale.
