As a Policy Enforcement Manager for YouTube's Trust and Safety team in Hyderabad, you will identify and address policy violations, oversee enforcement quality, and collaborate with global teams. Responsibilities

Research and stay up to date on key trends and suspicious patterns across policy areas.
Oversee enforcement quality across policy areas, including calibrations with vendor teams.
Work cross-functionally, think strategically, and keep our users safe while protecting free speech.
Review controversial, graphic and offensive video content in line with YouTube’s Community Guidelines.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of experience working in an operations capacity (e.g., scaled/business operations, vendor management, process/organizational optimization).
Ability to work non-standard hours, weekends, holidays, and on shift-based schedules as needed.

Desired Qualifications

Experience with identifying abuse trends or working in news or policy.
Experience with SQL and spreadsheet software.
Demonstrated investigative skills, including using data to drive strategy and business action.
Experience in content policy, anti-abuse, and reviewing online content.
Ability to build effective relationships with cross-functional partners across geographies.
Demonstrated business judgment and developed influencing and communication skills.
