Responsibilities
- Owning and driving the global PLM roadmap, portfolio and budget.
- Defining priorities and ensuring alignment between business needs, available resources and strategic objectives.
- Managing relationships with key stakeholders across R&D, Application Centers and manufacturing sites.
- Driving standardization of PLM processes per business model, ways of working and system configuration across the different entities.
- Leading PLM-related programs, projects and transformation initiatives.
- Safeguarding the lifecycle and continuous improvement of the PLM platform, including upgrades, integrations and technology development.
- Identifying opportunities to leverage emerging technologies, including AI, to strengthen engineering and product data management processes.
- Lead the PLM team as people manager.
Requirements
- A degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience managing and developing PLM capabilities in a manufacturing, engineering, or product development environment.
- Strong knowledge of PLM platforms, preferably PTC Windchill.
- Familiarity with CAD tools such as Creo and/or SolidWorks.
- Experience owning product roadmaps, prioritization processes, budgets, and investment planning.
- Experience leading cross-functional programs, digital transformation initiatives, or business-critical system development.
- Experience with collaboration with global stakeholders, external vendors, and implementation partners.
- An understanding of PLM integrations, product data management, and the connection between PLM and surrounding enterprise systems.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
