We are seeking a Planning Manager for Real Estate to lead complex engineering and construction projects for Quick Commerce build-outs. This role involves developing systems and processes, managing vendors and contractors, and ensuring projects align with detailed plans and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and at least 4 years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead and drive complex Engineering/construction projects for Quick commerce Build-out.
- Develop systems/processes and drive on-ground engineering with Vendors, contractors and external partners.
- Lead the planning and implementation of QC projects and Build-outs in coordination with PMC and vendors.
- Monitor regular work progress and project deliverables.
- Monitor project resource and manpower requirements and organize weekly review meetings.
- Keep the project focus in line with detailed project plans.
- Plan and schedule project timelines in close coordination with the PMC and vendors.
- Track project deliverables using tools like MS Project and/or MS excel reports.
- Provide overall direction and support to the project team.
- Ensure project implementation is as per requirements and GFC drawings.
- Coordinate with the PMC for quality checks and maintain overall quality assurance.
- Present reports defining project progress and discuss problem resolutions with vendors and PMCs.
- Ensure participation of the design team for incorporating design changes.
- Conduct snag identification activities and prepare plans for timely project handover.
- Record and initiate project design changes and techno commercial implications for evaluation.
Requirements
- 4+ years of Reliability Program Manager or equivalent experience.
- Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years of Amazon experience.
Desired Qualifications
- 3+ years of project management, budget responsibilities, supplier management, problem solving, and client/customer relations experience.
- Experience with preventive maintenance procedures, industrial electrical, industrial controls, and industrial electronics & robotics.
