- Identify and address planning constraints and bottlenecks.
- Drive inventory optimization strategies.
- Maintain and improve planning systems and parameters.
- Lead projects focused on process improvement, standardization, innovation, automation, and performance enhancement.
- Monitor key performance indicators and implement corrective actions.

Requirements
- Experience leading production planning, supply chain, manufacturing planning, logistics, or related operational processes.
- Experience guiding, mentoring, or coordinating teams in a fast-paced business environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize work, manage competing demands, and make balanced decisions.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Professional proficiency in English.

Desired Qualifications
- Background in production planning, supply chain management, operations management, logistics, engineering, business, or a related field.

- Knowledge of demand planning, capacity planning, production scheduling, and supply chain performance management.
