Wir suchen einen talentierten und hochmotivierten Ingenieur zur Verstärkung unseres Forschungsteams für fortschrittliche physikalische Übertragungstechnologien und drahtlose Systeme der nächsten Generation. Die Rolle kombiniert Algorithmenforschung und -entwicklung mit der Teilnahme an 3GPP 6G-Standardisierungsaktivitäten. Sie erforschen, entwerfen und entwickeln Algorithmen für physikalische Schichten und Signalverarbeitung, bewerten neue Konzepte und tragen zur Entwicklung zukünftiger Funkstandards bei.

Responsibilities

Research, design, and develop advanced physical-layer communication and signal-processing algorithms.
Evaluate new concepts through analysis, simulation, and performance assessment.
Contribute to research activities targeting next-generation wireless and 6G communication systems.
Participate in 3GPP standardization activities and contribute to the development of future wireless standards.
Collaborate closely with researchers and engineers across multidisciplinary teams.

Requirements

B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering with at least 3 years of experience in physical-layer communication algorithms and/or signal-processing development, or M.Sc./Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field, with specialization in communications, signal processing, or a relevant area.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to quickly learn new technologies and independently explore complex technical problems.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong team player with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative research environment.

Desired Qualifications

Familiarity with 3GPP standards and/or research toward 6G wireless systems.
Experience with wireless physical-layer algorithms, link-level simulation, or communication-system design.
Familiarity with AI/ML, including neural-network development and training.
