Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic partner and consultant, aligning HR practices with business objectives.
- Collaborate closely with leadership and employees to implement people strategies.
- Translate organizational goals into HR strategies that drive team effectiveness, engagement, and retention.
- Champion initiatives that create a culture of trust, respect, and collaboration.
- Guide and partner with People Consultants for integration of employees joined through acquisition.
- Ensure HR is at the forefront of business transformation, guiding leaders through culture shifts and structural changes.
- Lead transformation projects at the regional level.
- Partner with Talent COE to drive leadership development programs.
- Support regional leaders in succession planning and workforce development.
- Act as a trusted coach for leaders and managers in the region.
- Support with Reduction in Force (RIF) processes and disciplinary actions.
- Review and approve employee/team changes in systems.

- 10+ years of HR experience, ideally in a global or multi-country role.
- Experience in supporting both a global business unit and regional HR functions.
- Proven track record in talent management, workforce planning, and organizational change across multiple geographies.
- Familiarity with matrixed organizations, ideally in a semiconductor, tech, or manufacturing environment.
- Experience with HR operating models, M&A, or workforce restructuring across different regions.
