Alfa Laval is seeking a Payroll Partner for its HR Service Center in Krakow. This full-time hybrid role involves managing monthly payroll runs for Poland and Central Eastern European countries, handling employee queries, preparing reports, and supporting audits. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of payroll experience and strong Excel skills, with proficiency in Polish and English.

Responsibilities

Process monthly payroll runs accurately and timely in accordance with local requirements.
Coordinate the collection and verification of payroll data with vendors and internal teams.
Manage employee queries related to payroll and time & attendance via HR ticketing system or in person.
Prepare and distribute standard and ad hoc HR/Payroll reports.
Support internal and external audit activities.
Identify opportunities for improvement within the payroll area.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll area/process.
Very good Excel skills (pivot tables, vlookup).
Very good spoken and written Polish and English.
Knowledge of HR systems like Workday or ADP Payroll is a plus.

Desired Qualifications

Working knowledge of payroll calculation rules and Polish Labor Code is a plus.
HR case management system knowledge, e.g., ServiceNow, is a plus.
