Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment for emergency repairs and carry out preventive maintenance routines.
Carry out simple site-maintenance tasks.
Carry out standard installation activities under detailed guidance.
Follow mandatory procedures and methods of work to safeguard the environment and well-being.
Carry out simple testing and quality assurance tasks.
Adhere to mandatory procedures to ensure work is undertaken to the required standards.
Implement improvements in manufacturing methods and processes and provide feedback on the changes.
Perform basic data entry tasks, including data verification.
Create positive experiences for clients by interacting courteously with them.
Organize own work schedule, coordinating with support services and assigning short-term tasks to others if necessary.
Develop and maintain excellent procedural or technical skills by participating in assessment and development planning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching.

Requirements

Upper Secondary School 3

Desired Qualifications

Sound understanding of the maintenance history of the building, equipment, and other facilities to be maintained.
Troubleshoot basic technical or operational problems by applying previously defined solutions.
Develop working knowledge of the organization's policies and procedures and of regulatory codes and codes of conduct relevant to own work.
Provide feedback on the changes implemented in manufacturing methods and processes.
