Responsibilities
- Respond to customer and sales inquiries by entering and managing customer orders.
- Communicate shipment status, including potential delays.
- Review, process, and coordinate order changes.
- Expedite with factories and internal partners to support on-time delivery.
- Maintain collaboration with customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders.
- Process and issue invoices.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Proficiency in English and German, both written and spoken.
- Experience or education demonstrating ability to manage administrative, customer-facing, or order-related processes.
- Comfort using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, and ability to learn new systems.
- Strong customer-focused mindset with effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand business drivers and apply to decisions.
- Curiosity and initiative to explore new approaches and support process improvements.
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales support, order management, or customer service in an international or industrial environment.
- Experience working with ERP or order management systems.
