Emerson is looking for an Order Handler in Naestved, Denmark to manage customer orders from initial quotation to final invoicing and communication. This role requires experience with ERP systems and strong organizational and communication skills in Danish and English.

Responsibilities

Support the quotation process, including pricing reviews and commercial terms.
Review and create customer orders in the ERP system, issuing confirmations.
Coordinate project kick-off activities with internal teams.
Monitor active orders through communication with planning, procurement, and operations.
Manage order updates and maintain accurate documentation.
Prepare and submit invoices and delivery-related documentation.
Maintain electronic and physical records.
Build customer relationships through proactive communication.
Partner with finance teams to support payment follow-up.
Adhere to Emerson policies and trade compliance requirements.
Contribute to process improvements for operational efficiency.

Requirements

Experience supporting order management, customer service, project coordination, or related operational functions.
Experience working with SAP or another ERP system in an order processing environment.
Understanding of commercial terms (Incoterms, payment terms, contract requirements).
Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication skills in both Danish and English (verbal and written).
Commitment to teamwork, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement.

Desired Qualifications

Experience handling technical product or project-based orders.
Familiarity with supply chain, project execution, manufacturing, or industrial business environments.
Experience reviewing commercial documentation and supporting order execution from receipt through invoicing.
Knowledge of global customer support practices and cross-cultural collaboration.
Experience contributing to process improvements and operational excellence initiatives.
