Emerson is looking for an Order Administrator for a 6-month contract in Cluj-Napoca, Romania. This hybrid role requires accurate and timely processing of customer orders in ERP systems, checking trade compliance, and expediting deliveries. Responsibilities

  • Enter and process customer orders in the ERP system with speed and accuracy.
  • Check trade compliance issues for each order.
  • Generate order acknowledgements.
  • Expedite factories to ensure on-time and complete deliveries.
  • Maintain contact with internal customers and Sales Offices regarding order status, delays, and problems.
  • Provide constant status updates to European Sales Offices.
  • Conduct data management activities using the ERP system.
  • Maintain accurate and updated Business Systems (CRM, OCM, etc.).
  • Follow up on orders to ensure timely production and shipment.
  • Manage the common mailbox and ensure timely action on emails.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (Finance, Trade Compliance, Order Management) to resolve order-related issues.

Requirements

  • Minimum experience in a similar role (sales support / order entry / administrative).
  • Very good knowledge of English (written and spoken).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience working with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP) is an advantage.
  • Ability to work both in a team and independently.
  • Good prioritization and time management skills.
  • Ability to work with virtual and remote teams.
  • Ability to solve various practical problems and balance multiple variables to resolve them.
