Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day execution, planning, network expansion, and carrier management.
  • Build relationships with Line Haul (LH) / Middle Mile (MR) carriers and key stakeholders.
  • Manage LH / MR schedule on a weekly/monthly basis.
  • Plan and scale capacities for peak sale events.
  • Lead initiatives on network speed, reliability, and expansion.
  • Manage continuous improvement projects related to safety, cost, and efficiency.
  • Drive programs/projects of national/regional importance.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of employee and performance management experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.

Desired Qualifications

  • 1+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience.
