Responsibilities

Own operational KPIs of the FCs
Vendor performance management
Day-to-day operational support
Weekly FC floor audits
Network expansion (launches & closures)
Peak planning & execution
Single point contact for FC partners for internal stakeholder coordination in LH planning, Last mile escalations, S&OP, capacity planning, IB NOC, NDC, Finance, L&D

Requirements

2+ years of employee and performance management experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience
Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays

Desired Qualifications

1+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience
