Responsibilities
- Responsible for end-to-end compliance operations in various Amazon EU marketplaces.
- Organizing, planning, prioritizing and scheduling work assignments.
- Owning the production and quality KRAs for the team.
- Adhering to service level goals.
- Experiencing a wide range of problem-solving situations, strategic to real-time.
- Ensuring the safety, security and integrity of Amazon's systems and data.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Fluent in English (speak, write, and read).
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
- Experience with Excel.
- 2+ years of work experience in operations with an ability to drive business/operations metrics.
- Driving adoption of different tools.
Desired Qualifications
- Expert in Microsoft Excel.
- Basic knowledge of SQL, Macros, Python would be an added advantage.
