Requirements
- Demonstrated experience leading large-scale operational or functional improvements in complex organizations, preferably within telecommunications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to translate insights into actionable solutions.
- Proven ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments and lead initiatives with undefined solutions.
- Consultant level business and financial modelling skills.
- Experience influencing stakeholders at all organizational levels and driving change adoption.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills geared towards senior management.
- Strong product management experience with a track record of delivering transformation initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related field.
