Responsibilities
- Design and develop motors and pumps for household appliances.
- Manage approval documentation, including drawings, via PLM software.
- Ensure compliance with internal and external safety standards (IEC, CE, UL, etc.).
- Support project development as a team member for motors and pumps.
- Support supplier development and component industrialization with technical support.
- Support cost reduction and quality improvement projects for motors and pumps.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
- At least 3 years of professional experience, ideally including electrical component development within an R&D environment.
- Familiarity with engineering design tools such as Dassault Catia and Siemens NX.
- Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional environments.
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of induction and permanent magnet motors is considered a plus.
- Understanding of overall product development, including functionality, manufacturing processes, and safety aspects, is an advantage.
- Experience with PLM systems (e.g., Siemens Teamcenter or similar) is a plus.
- Knowledge of Care products and the home appliance industry is an advantage.
- Familiarity with international safety standards for household appliances is a plus.
