Responsibilities

  • Design and develop motors and pumps for household appliances.
  • Manage approval documentation, including drawings, via PLM software.
  • Ensure compliance with internal and external safety standards (IEC, CE, UL, etc.).
  • Support project development as a team member for motors and pumps.
  • Support supplier development and component industrialization with technical support.
  • Support cost reduction and quality improvement projects for motors and pumps.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • At least 3 years of professional experience, ideally including electrical component development within an R&D environment.
  • Familiarity with engineering design tools such as Dassault Catia and Siemens NX.
  • Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional environments.

Desired Qualifications

  • Knowledge of induction and permanent magnet motors is considered a plus.
  • Understanding of overall product development, including functionality, manufacturing processes, and safety aspects, is an advantage.
  • Experience with PLM systems (e.g., Siemens Teamcenter or similar) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Care products and the home appliance industry is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with international safety standards for household appliances is a plus.
