Responsibilities
- Drive initiatives with accountability, adaptability, and urgency.
- Build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships.
- Influence and align stakeholders, including senior leaders.
- Develop, analyze, and communicate performance metrics.
- Lead multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.
- Provide leadership and direction to teams.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to establish shared goals.
- Communicate project status, risks, opportunities, and recommendations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health and Safety, Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience/certifications).
- Experience in safety, environmental health and safety, or related roles.
- Demonstrated experience managing a broad range of risks across multiple sites, including operations within Spain or other European locations.
- Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and applicable regulatory and industry safety standards relevant to construction and operational activities in Spain.
- Experience implementing health and safety programs in construction environments, aligned with global standards and local regulatory requirements.
Desired Qualifications
- Certification as a construction EHS Professional such as IOSH or BCSP.
- Demonstrated experience and success with delivering cross functional programs, including ownership, and driving results.
- Experience in Mission Critical project delivery and large civil / Building projects.
- Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements.
Benefits
- Typical base pay range for this role across Sweden is kr 622,000.00 - kr 1,126,000.00 per year.
