WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY

Support MPM and Core Operations Manager to deliver risk management results. Lead and drive MP risk control activities in fire safety, security, and emergency incident handling
Execute all applicable manuals and regulations including Ingka Centres Risk Manual, ICC risk related
rules, SOPs and routines. Responsible for safety and security in public area and tenant area. Ensure the stable and compliant operation of fire control and security systems by monitoring maintenance quality of facilities and equipment and managing CCTV room.
Monitor full-process tenant safety & security from tenant fit-out to operation period, through drawing review, onsite inspections, opening permission and regular trainings.
Undertake reviews and inspections for marketing activites and decoration installations. Manage customer flow in big events. Organize safety trainings for suppliers and external partners.
Responsible for Duty Management training, scheduling and implementation. Organize drills and onsite emergency handling. Make sure MP Insurances and tenants/third party insurances meet with company standard and requirement.
Connect with relevant authorities like Fire Bureau, Public Security Bureau, Emgency Management Bureau, Traffic Office etc to secure smooth, safe and complianced daily operations.
