This hybrid role involves supporting project execution, specifying components, and collaborating with various teams for timely delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the technical anchor throughout the project lifecycle, transforming customer requirements into reliable compressor package designs.
  • Ensure compliance with engineering standards, project specifications, and customer commitments.
  • Support project execution through design calculations, drawing and bill of material reviews, compressor package layout development, and component research.
  • Review and interpret customer specifications, define project scope, and incorporate requirements into project designs and documentation.
  • Specify major compressor package components, including oil systems, seal gas systems, pumps, valves, heat exchangers, filters, and related auxiliary equipment.
  • Coordinate with project teams, vendors, manufacturing, field service, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of technical documentation and project milestones.
  • Review vendor drawings and documentation, provide technical feedback, and ensure compliance with project requirements and engineering standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
  • Experience supporting industrial equipment, process systems, or turbomachinery projects.
  • Strong technical knowledge of oil systems, seal gas systems, piping systems, and industrial equipment design.
  • Experience working with industrial turbomachinery or rotating equipment.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and multitasking skills with the ability to support multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with CAD software, engineering documentation, and specification development.
