Ericsson is seeking a dynamic MCN End-to-End Solution Lead in Singapore to drive sales and business development for mission-critical networks. This role involves positioning Ericsson as a trusted partner, steering clients towards preferred solutions, and providing E2E solution expertise for complex engagements.

Responsibilities

  • Position Ericsson as a trusted technology partner and solution provider for MCN end users.
  • Steer and influence end users, SIs, and partners toward Ericsson-preferred solutions.
  • Lead sales and business development engagements through to commercial submission.
  • Support commercial submissions with E2E solution architecture, security, high-level design, and BoQ.
  • Lead MCN technical reviews for E2E solutions prior to commercial submission.
  • Drive industrialized bid readiness (BoQ, Statement of compliance etc.).
  • Develop E2E portfolio readiness and packaging for MCN requirements.
  • Develop assets, blueprints, and knowledge sharing for MCN and E2E competence development.
  • Lead or support PoC solutions using CoE systems.
  • Develop and leverage techno-commercial value proposition for customer submissions.
  • Provide early visibility into end-user and prime SI requirements or challenges to support roadmap and org. readiness.

Requirements

  • Deeper understanding of end-user environments, requirements, and challenges for rail, PKD, utility (preferably more than one segment).
  • End-to-end solution expertise for mission-critical networks, with at least SME competence in one domain.
  • Proven track record of technical sales for complex, multi-party engagements and long sales cycles.
  • Advanced consultative skills for customer engagement and internal alignment.
  • Developed understanding of the MCN ecosystem and partner solutions.
  • More than 12 years of professional experience.

Desired Qualifications

  • At least B. Sc. or equivalent qualification.
