Responsibilities

Conduct a thesis project in collaboration with Ericsson’s UX team within Business Area Networks.
Explore innovative ideas and approaches within the telecom industry, applying Interaction Design and Human-Centered Design principles.
Create UX deliverables such as sitemaps, user flows, customer journey maps, wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes.
Test, evaluate, and iterate on design concepts to ensure high-quality user experience and real-world relevance.
Collaborate with cross-functional experts in UX, software, and telecom domains.

Requirements

Master’s student in Interaction Design, UX, Human-Computer Interaction, Service Design, or a related field.
Curiosity, creativity, and an analytical mindset with the ability to explore and frame research questions.
Interest in exploring your own ideas within the telecom industry as part of your thesis work.
Knowledge of UX methods and design processes, from early research to prototyping and validation.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a multidisciplinary environment.

Desired Qualifications

Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or similar is a plus.
