IKEA is seeking an experienced MarTech Project Leader II for a 12-month fixed-term contract in London. This role focuses on implementing and adopting strategic Marketing Technology capabilities, primarily within the Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem, to enhance customer engagement and drive personalized experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the business-facing implementation of enterprise MarTech capabilities, focusing on Adobe Experience Cloud tools.
  • Translate marketing and customer experience goals into practical, technology-enabled solutions and priorities.
  • Collaborate across Marketing, Digital, Technology, Data, and business teams to support implementation and adoption.
  • Help shape and enable audience segmentation, personalized journeys, trigger-based communications, and omnichannel campaign delivery.
  • Partner with external implementation partners, system integrators, and vendors for effective delivery.
  • Support business readiness activities including training, adoption, hypercare, and operational handover.
  • Introduce external best practices to improve campaign effectiveness, automation, personalization, and speed to market.
  • Work closely with the assigned Project Manager on governance, planning, risks, dependencies, and delivery controls.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience delivering enterprise Marketing Technology platforms within the Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem.
  • Extensive experience in AEM, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Campaign, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Experience Platform, or similar enterprise MarTech platforms.
  • Solid understanding of CRM, customer journeys, audience strategy, personalization, and marketing automation.
  • Experience working across Marketing, Digital, Technology, Data, and external implementation partners in complex delivery environments.
  • Good understanding of MarTech architecture, integrations, and customer data platforms.
  • Experience supporting implementation through to business readiness, adoption, and handover, not just technical delivery.
  • Ability to introduce external best practice and constructively question existing ways of working.
  • Solid stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to translate marketing needs into technology-enabled outcomes.

Desired Qualifications

  • Internal Secondment: Any salary increase will be paid as a responsibility allowance, dependent on the selected candidate’s current base salary and demonstrated skills.

Benefits

  • Starting Salary from £65,000.00 per annum.
  • Full-Time, 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
  • 12 days’ workplace presence required, with 8 days in the Service Office and 4 days in the individual’s nearest unit (Service Office Principles – Working: Hybrid).
