  • Manage communication and cooperation with internal and external interfaces.
  • Ensure staff has the correct level of training for assignment tasks.
  • Strengthen the team for improved proactivity and precision in deliveries.

Requirements

  • Academic degree or relevant working experience.
  • Minimum one year of proven ability and interest in leading, developing, and challenging employees and teams.
  • Excellent Communication skills.
  • Good knowledge in staff development on individual and team level.
  • Ability to combine strategic thinking with operational actions.
  • Good skills in spoken and written Swedish and English.
  • Must pass a security vetting.

  • Preferably a driven individual with good people skills and great capability to learn new things.
  • Thrive in balancing work between daily operations management and developing long-term strategic goals.
  • Documented problem-solving and change management skills.
