Management Trainee-Renewables

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Market assessment – Conduct structured evaluations of datacenter, SMR and Renewable opportunities across regions.
• Competitor analysis – Benchmark adjacent players, track positioning, and provide actionable insights.
• Weekly Power Projects newsletter – Curate and deliver updates to World Area Sales teams on upcoming Greenfield Projects on Datacenters, Nuclear- SMR , Renewables. 
• Support in driving Program KPIs – Monitor and report progress against growth metric.

For This Role, You Will Need:

This role will directly enable accelerated growth by:

• Equipping sales teams with timely intelligence.
• Enhancing competitive positioning.
• Driving structured execution of global Greenfield initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

• Strong background in Technical Marketing and Data Analysis within power/renewables.
• Experience in stakeholder communication 
• Ability to synthesize market intelligence and work with Program leader to derive actionable strategies.
• Skilled in preparing concise, professional outputs (PPT, newsletters, dashboards, KPI trackers).
