The Maintenance Technician I at Electrolux in Springfield, TN, is responsible for repairing and maintaining industrial equipment to improve reliability and reduce costs. This full-time, on-site role requires troubleshooting, performing planned maintenance, and ensuring adherence to safety standards, with a focus on the 2nd shift (2:30 pm - 10:30 pm).

Responsibilities

Ensure immediate maintenance intervention to solve any maintenance issues.
Perform all planned maintenance activities (PMs).
Support Electrolux Manufacturing System (EMS) plans and activities.
Communicate and cooperate with operations, planners, and engineering.
Ensure adherence to safety rules and standards.
Maintain good housekeeping.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years’ experience troubleshooting/repairing industrial equipment.
Minimum 6 months experience using metal fabricating equipment such as welding machines, torches and grinders.
Basic experience installing/repairing hydraulic and pneumatic circuits.
Ability to effectively use electrical instruments such as volt/ohm meter.
Ability to use measuring devices such as micrometers, calipers, and gages.
Basic knowledge of pneumatic circuits and equipment, hydraulic circuits, pumps and equipment.
Basic knowledge of AC/DC electrical control circuits.
Ability to read and understand ladder logic or be willing to attend associated training.
High School or technical Diploma required.
Proficient in Office Products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
OSHA and NEC basic knowledge.

Desired Qualifications

5 plus years’ experience in the distribution or manufacturing field.
Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
