Ameristar Perimeter Security USA is hiring a Maintenance Tech for their 2nd shift (Monday-Friday, 3:00pm-1:30am) in Tulsa, OK. The role involves troubleshooting and repairing hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical assemblies, along with performing preventative maintenance and using CMMS software.

Responsibilities

Complete troubleshooting and repair of hydraulics and pneumatics.
Perform preventative maintenance and emergency repairs on manufacturing equipment.
Replace bearings and bearing assemblies.
Repair and replace mechanical assemblies and rebuild equipment.
Install gearboxes.
Complete work orders via CMMS software, aiming for 80% maintenance utilization.
Rebuild drive shafts.
Weld damaged equipment and fabricate new equipment.
Adhere to all lock out tag out procedures.

Requirements

Technical training and certification preferred.
PM tech level 2 experience.
Experience in troubleshooting and repair of hydraulic assemblies.
Experience in troubleshooting and repair of pneumatic assemblies.
Experience troubleshooting bearings.
Experience troubleshooting and repairing basic electrical circuits.
Ability to operate CMMS software and fill out work orders.
Punctual and reliable attendance.
Professional completion of all tasks.
Ability to operate specialized and basic hand tools, including bearing pullers, bearing heater, and press.
Ability to read and understand blueprints and schematics.
Ability to be a contributing and collaborative team member.
Must have own tools including sockets and wrenches up to 1” and 25mm.
