Responsibilities

Oversee and ensure smooth transportation of products from supplier to stores.
Work with internal and external supply chain partners.
Serve as the point of contact for daily issues with suppliers, delivery companies, and stores.
Build strong relationships and engage stakeholders to secure common goals.
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency using digital tools and automation.
Ensure system information accuracy for tracking products and understanding delays.
Alert stakeholders to incorrect or missing information affecting product delivery.
Assist in developing new working methods and reporting on delivery performance.

Requirements

Strong supply chain mindset.
Passion for daily operations in a Control Tower environment.
Experience working with stakeholders across Inter IKEA.
Capability to define and prioritize based on business needs.
Holistic view on the IKEA value chain.
Good knowledge in logistics, with a focus on freight transportation and end-to-end goods flow or relevant industry experience.
Eagerness to operate in a fast-moving, problem-solving environment.
Desire to constantly improve business performance.
High commitment to business goals by delivering results with a 'make it happen' attitude.
High level of energy and motivation to reach goals.
Analytical, structured, and organized.
Proactive and fact-based decision-maker with the ability to escalate when needed.
Fluent English.
Other foreign language is a plus.

Desired Qualifications

Good knowledge in ITM is an additional advantage.
