Responsibilities

  • Define, analyze, implement, and support outbound logistical processes.
  • Manage end-to-end implementation of logistical projects for administrative and physical material flows.
  • Set up new transport flows and integrate new transport partners.
  • Optimize existing processes, procedures, and working methods.
  • Drive continuous improvement within the shipping and transport management system (TMS).
  • Guide the change management process associated with TMS improvements.
  • Collaborate with the IT department for project execution and operations evaluation.
  • Prepare the migration from the current TMS to the future transport platform.

Requirements

  • University degree (Master or Bachelor) in Business Engineering (Handelsingenieur), Applied Economics (TEW), Industrial/Civil Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong analytical mindset and solid understanding of business dynamics.
  • Professional communication skills in both Dutch and English (native or fluent proficiency).
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Dynamic, constructive, and results-oriented personality with a highly collaborative spirit.
  • Ability to work independently.

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience in Power BI or SQL is a distinct advantage.
  • High learning agility and a proactive, problem-solving approach.
  • Prior experience or knowledge of supply chain processes and transport management systems is a plus.
  • Other languages are a plus.
