Responsibilities
- Meet and greet customers, identify needs, provide advice on food and menu choices, and handle inquiries/complaints.
- Implement best practices for commercialisation of food dishes and products.
- Maintain food dishes and products for availability, quality, and presentation.
- Ensure food production, service, and seating areas are clean, organized, and safe.
- Prepare and operate Point-of-Sale solutions for customer orders.
- Create daily food menus, plan preparation and production, and cook/serve dishes according to safety requirements.
- Receive, store, and replenish stock items, and manage waste and inventory.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of related experience
- Previous experience in a hospitality or food service role preferable, but not required.
