Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Consultant with strong expertise in S/4HANA Public Cloud integration and HR digital transformation. The role involves implementing, configuring, and supporting EC solutions, ensuring seamless integration with S/4HANA Public Cloud HR and Finance processes, while adhering to clean core and cloud best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and configure SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC)
• Manage end-to-end EC lifecycle including hire, transfer, and termination
• Design and support EC–S/4HANA integrations (Employee & Org Replication)
• Configure Position Management, Job Information, and Organizational structures
• Work with SAP CPI / Integration Center / APIs
• Support data migration, validation, and reconciliation
• Configure workflows, business rules, and role-based permissions (RBP)
• Support SIT, UAT, and documentation
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams
• Provide post-go-live support and enhancements

Skill Requirements

Must Have

• 6–8 years SAP SuccessFactors experience with focus on Employee Central
• 2+ years experience in S/4HANA (Public Cloud preferred)
• Strong EC configuration knowledge (Foundation Objects, MDF, Business Rules)
• Experience in EC ↔ S/4HANA integration
• Knowledge of Position Management and Role-Based Permissions
• Experience in data migration and integration error handling
• Understanding of HR business processes

Good to Have

• Experience with Recruiting, PMGM, LMS modules
• Knowledge of Employee Central Payroll (ECP)
• Exposure to SAP BTP / Integration Suite
• Experience with S/4HANA Public Cloud best practices
• SAP SuccessFactors Certification
