Responsibilities

  • Design and develop new tools as per client requirements and customize existing tools.
  • Lead the technical design, ensuring alignment with business requirements, industry standards, and best practices.
  • Determine optimal configuration of modules, databases, interfaces, and integrations to support business processes.
  • Prepare capability presentations, assessments, and proposal preparations.
  • Coordinate project management activities like creating project plans, allocating resources, and coordinating activities among team members and stakeholders.
  • Support the professional growth and development of consulting team members through training and mentorship.

Requirements

  • Strong SAP SD ECC6 knowledge as a Consultant.
  • Strong Outbound Management (Supply Chain) skills in SAP.
  • SAP SD skillset with MyMediSet exposure will be an added advantage.
  • Strong understanding of MyMediSet platform workflows.
  • Validate and support MyMediSet – SAP SD integrations.
  • Working knowledge on LRC will be an added advantage.
  • Requirements gathering: Work with clients to understand their sales, order processing, and distribution business processes and document their requirements.
  • Solution design and configuration: Design and configure the SAP SD module, including processes like pricing, order management, and billing, using industry best practices.
  • Implementation and integration: Lead or participate in SAP SD implementation projects, ensuring integration with other SAP modules (e.g., Materials Management, Finance, Production Planning) and third-party applications.
  • Testing and quality assurance: Support system testing, including user acceptance testing (UAT), and troubleshoot issues to ensure the solution meets business needs.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain documentation, such as business blueprints, functional specifications, and user manuals.
  • Training and support: Provide training to end-users and offer post-implementation support, including troubleshooting and resolving incidents.
  • Process improvement: Continuously monitor and optimize SAP SD solutions to improve business performance and adapt to changing needs.
  • To lead or be a part of the project team to develop / implement the solution/product as per the requirements of the client within defined parameters of time and quality.
