Role SummaryThe Oracle EBS Manufacturing (MFG) Lead Consultant is responsible for leading the implementation, enhancement, and support of Oracle EBS Manufacturing modules. This role focuses on solution design, process optimization, and managing end-to-end manufacturing workflows aligned with business objectives.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end implementation of Oracle EBS Manufacturing modules:Bill of Materials (BOM)Work in Process (WIP)Engineering (ENG)Cost Management (CST)Quality (QA) – optionalGather and analyze business requirements for manufacturing processesDesign and implement manufacturing solutions aligned with best practicesConfigure modules and review team configurationsLead CRP, SIT, UAT, and go-live activitiesDrive integration with SCM, Procurement, and Finance modulesOversee data migration, item setups, routings, and costing structuresHandle complex scenarios like discrete manufacturing, process manufacturing (if applicable)Lead client workshops and stakeholder discussionsManage and mentor functional consultantsIdentify process improvements, automation, and optimization opportunitiesHandle production support, issue resolution, and escalationsEnsure complete documentation (BRD, FDD, MD070, test scripts)

Required Skills & Experience

8–15 years of experience in Oracle EBS ManufacturingStrong expertise in:BOM, WIP (mandatory)Costing (CST) (highly preferred)Engineering (ENG)Experience in 2–4 full lifecycle implementationsStrong understanding of manufacturing processes:Discrete manufacturingShop floor processesCosting methods (Standard, Average)Experience with integrations and data migrationProven leadership and team management experienceStrong client-facing and communication skillsPreferred

QualificationsOracle Manufacturing certificationExperience in Oracle EBS R12 (12.1/12.2)Exposure to Oracle Fusion Manufacturing (nice to have)Experience in multi-org/global implementations
