This role requires a Lead Consultant with over 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, specializing in aligning IT systems with business processes and managing software changes. The ideal candidate will have experience designing and owning complex software systems using modern architectures like SPA, microservices, and cloud environments.

Responsibilities

Act as an independent Business Analyst to align IT systems with business processes.
Request and evaluate software changes.
Design and own complex software systems utilizing modern architecture (SPA JS-based frontend, microservices, cloud).
Ensure awareness of transaction management, observability, and monitoring of services.
Analyze data flow and business processes based on existing code and data, with basic JAVA+SQL knowledge.
Design and set requirements for modern SPA frontends and create test case scenarios.
Contribute to developing large and complex applications from scratch (at least 2 past assignments).
Interface with stakeholders to drive requirements, estimations, and reviews.
Work within an Agile SCRUM team with an agile mindset.
Experience with Agile tools like Azure DevOps.
Experience working in teams with DevSecOps responsibilities.

Requirements

At least 5+ years of experience as an independent Business Analyst.
Experience designing and owning complex software systems according to modern architecture (SPA js-based frontend, microservices, cloud).
Awareness of transaction management, observability, and monitoring of services.
Basic JAVA+SQL knowledge.
Ability to analyze data flow and business processes based on existing code and data.
Experience designing/setting requirements for modern SPA frontend & creating test case scenarios.
At least 2 past assignments contributing to developing large and complex applications from scratch.
Experience interfacing with stakeholders and driving requirements, estimations, reviews.
Experience working with Agile SCRUM teams & having an agile mindset.
Experience with Agile tools (Azure DevOps).
Experience working in teams with DevSecOps responsibilities.

Desired Qualifications

Can be a full stack developer – 1FTE with hands on experience working with legacy Java/JSP systems and modern architecture.
