As a Lead Consultant (Product/Domain), you will provide expert support for SAP EHS and GRC Risk Management systems, focusing on incident resolution and system optimization. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, system configuration, testing, and documentation to ensure system stability and compliance.

Responsibilities

Provide expert troubleshooting and root cause analysis for incidents in SAP EHS and SAP GRC Risk Management.
Coordinate with cross-functional and global teams to deliver sustainable corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Monitor system performance, batch jobs, and interface logs to proactively identify and resolve technical failures.
Support minor enhancements, custom configurations, and change requests (CRs) within SAP EHS and GRC Risk Management modules.
Maintain master data governance, risk rule sets, mitigation controls, and assessment templates.
Assist in implementing security notes, Support Packages (SP stacks), and transport management across landscape environments (DEV, QA, PROD).
Execute unit testing, integration testing, and regression testing for system updates, patches, and release rollouts.
Support business users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate functional outcomes prior to production deployment.
Create and update standard operating procedures (SOPs), configuration rationale, knowledge base articles, and user training aids.
Guide key business users on best practices for incident logging, risk monitoring, and daily operational safety processes.

Requirements

Expert troubleshooting and root cause analysis for incidents reported in SAP EHS (Product Safety, Environment Management, Occupational Health, or Incident Management) and SAP GRC Risk Management.
Coordination with cross-functional and global teams to deliver sustainable corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Monitoring system performance, batch jobs, and interface logs to proactively identify and resolve technical failures.
Support minor enhancements, custom configurations, and change requests (CRs) within SAP EHS and GRC Risk Management modules.
