Lead SAP ABAP Consultant with 7-10+ years of experience, including 3+ years in S/4 HANA. This role involves owning technical solution designs, developing advanced solutions using ABAP OO, CDS, AMDP, OData, and RAP, and mentoring junior developers. Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and SAP certifications are advantageous.

Responsibilities

Own technical solution designs, effort estimations, and architecture specs for complex WRICEF objects.
Build and review advanced developments using ABAP OO, Core Data Services (CDS) views, AMDP, OData services, and the ABAP RESTful Application Programming Model (RAP).
Proven track record of mentoring junior developers, estimating project workloads, and managing stakeholder communications.

Requirements

7 to 10+ years of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development.
At least 3 years in S/4 HANA environment in Lead capacity.
Deep command of Object-Oriented ABAP, enhancements (BAdIs, User Exits), ALE/IDocs, and Adobe/Smartforms is required.
Strong exposure to integration technologies: IDocs, BAPIs, Web Services.

Desired Qualifications

Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools (SAP Joule, Cursor or similar tools) is an advantage.
Holding active SAP Certifications will be an advantage.
