- Identify, obtain, and maintain long-term relationships with major key accounts in the region.
- Build strong relationships with strategic customers and understand their needs and requirements.
- Promote the company's specialty rental solution to drive sustainable profitable growth.
- Develop new customers and visit existing ones to expand market presence within East Malaysia.
- Master assigned products and communicate knowledge effectively to drive business outcomes.
- Monitor market trends, key projects, and competitors, adjusting strategies to meet or exceed goals.
- Prepare weekly/monthly/yearly sales activity reports, including strategic action plans and competitor feedback.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations, assess customer needs, and offer solutions.
- Maintain accurate client records in CRM (Salesforce) and submit sales contracts.
- Willingness to travel.
Requirements
- 5 - 8 years of working experience.
- Sales-driven individual based in East Malaysia.
- Bachelor degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- Knowledge of various industry segments & compressed air applications.
- Product knowledge and project management skills are mandatory.
- Technical savviness and fast adoption to new tools and technologies.
- Solid understanding and appreciation of the sales process is essential.
- Result-oriented with a self-motivating personality.
- Strong and active communicator capable of working with diverse profiles and organizational levels.
- Willingness to travel.
