Electrolux Group is seeking a Junior PTP Specialist for a 12-month full-time contract in Kraków, Poland. This role involves supporting Accounts Payable operations, processing invoices, and resolving PTP-related issues in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

Support Procure-to-Pay (PTP) operations and ensure timely and accurate invoice processing.
Process incoming PTP documents accurately and efficiently.
Support day-to-day Accounts Payable activities.
Investigate and resolve PTP-related issues in a timely manner.
Respond to supplier and internal customer inquiries with professionalism and care.
Assist in month-end closing activities and financial reporting tasks.
Collaborate with team members and support other PTP processes.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process excellence.

Requirements

Degree or ongoing studies in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
Strong Excel skills and confidence working with data.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a proactive approach.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative team spirit.

Desired Qualifications

Previous accounting experience is welcome but not required.
