We are seeking an experienced ASIC IP Architect to join our Digital Development Team in Lund, Sweden. In this role, you will shape our SoC IP portfolio, lead teams in developing key IPs, and define the roadmap for next-generation devices, requiring strong digital ASIC design experience and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

  • Act as an IP Architect within the SoC-specific IP Program.
  • Serve as the primary interface towards ASIC System Architects and drive requirement breakdown and systemization.
  • Own and define requirements, architecture, and roadmap for IP blocks and subsystems.
  • Support development teams throughout design, verification, and validation phases.
  • Drive continuous improvements in design methodologies, workflows, and engineering practices.
  • Create and maintain high-quality technical documentation.

Requirements

  • MSc or PhD in Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
  • 8+ years of experience in ASIC IP design and/or verification.
  • Strong expertise in Digital ASIC Design.
  • Good understanding of ARM processors and AMBA-based systems.
  • Knowledge of UVM verification methodology.
  • Proven ability to collaborate successfully across teams and geographical sites.
  • Strong focus on quality and engineering excellence.

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience with clock/reset controllers and ASIC clocking architectures.
  • Experience with low-speed interface IPs such as I3C, SPI, and QSPI.
  • Familiarity with ARM CoreSight architectures.
  • Experience with requirements management tools such as DOORS or Jama.
  • Experience working in Agile development environments.
