Responsibilities
- Monitor supplier performance during new equipment development.
- Manage documentation, perform benchmarking, and scouting across metal, electronics, and plastics categories.
- Support the ABB project team, connecting suppliers with New Product Introduction (NPI) activities.
- Monitor project execution and ensure suppliers meet project GANTT schedules.
- Innovate by creating new tools or AI agents to improve project buyer activity management.
- Support various projects in a global environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, Mechanical, Electronic, or Electrotechnic Engineering.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to communicate fluently in both Italian and English.
- Proactive mindset with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Dynamic, broad-minded, result-oriented personality with excellent communication and presentation skills.
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of SAP is a significant plus.
