Responsibilities

- Participate in training and development to support team deliverables.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled and pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering at an accredited school.
- Completed 30 semester hours prior to the start of the internship.
- Minimum GPA of 2.75.
- Attention to detail, strong communication, flexibility, and dependability.
- Strong writing, communication, and presentation skills.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with workplace organization and standardized work.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles.
- Ability to improve labor utilization and eliminate non-value-added work.
