The Integration Engineer Core is responsible for solution integration in the network, analyzing and implementing solutions in Packet Core, and executing test cases. The role involves configuration, integration, upgrades, migrations, and expansions of network functions, adhering to business practices and compliance directives.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and Execute Integration Activities in Customer Projects
  • Analyze and troubleshoot issues for delivery of Project activities
  • Interface and Interact with relevant stockholders within the organization and ensure timely progress on Project Issues for Critical/Priority cases
  • Be available to handle customer technical queries and ensure timely response
  • Make constant efforts to be updated on relevant technical skills
  • Participate in Project activities and deliver results
  • Provide Project handover to relevant stakeholders like customer operations team or Managed services team or customer support team
  • Organize and deliver Knowledge sharing sessions with stakeholders
  • Review and prepare relevant technical documents (HLD, LLD, Network Impact Reports, Method of Procedure)
  • Maintain a good Working Relationship with Customer and Working groups
  • Take part in Customer Project & Review Meetings as and when required
  • Understand and get updated on solution deployed in customer network
  • Make customer aware on product and its lifecycle
  • Interface with customer for planned activities in network as needed
  • Provide technical support to CPM/ICT-PD as and when needed
  • Participate and contribute during pre-sales engagement activities, if needed
  • Understand the contractual obligation for Project Delivery
  • Ensure that Project Goals are met both in terms of timelines and financials
  • Identify add-on sales opportunities

Requirements

  • BE/B Tech or equivalent education
  • Minimum of 6+ years of experience
  • Must have experience working in 4G & 5G Packet Core
  • Experience with SAPC/CCPC/5G Policy Controller, MME/AMF/SMF/PCC, EPG/Packet Gateway/PCG is required
  • Integration and troubleshooting skills are must in the Policy and Packet Area
  • Ability to do tracing and complex logs analysis for Packet Core Nodes (4G & 5G)
  • Strong technical acumen should be exhibited when dealing with complex customer issues
  • Should have worked in a similar role earlier
  • Good knowledge of 3GPP in 5G Packet Core & Policy

Desired Qualifications

  • Exposure to Ericsson Network Infra and IP is desired
  • Past experience with Ericsson will be preferred
