Responsibilities
- Manage and implement integration services.
- Execute test cases to verify the flow and function of an integrated system.
- Support presales with analytics and integration strategies.
- Define integration strategies per contract.
- Articulate project scope, estimate costs and time, and plan activities.
- Prepare, collect, and validate scripts prior to execution.
- Define, prepare, and execute test cases for first-time-right results.
- Diagnose issues and take corrective actions as required.
- Ensure the availability of OS, HW, SW, licenses, and configuration data.
- Drive changes in processes and methods related to integration activities.
