This full-time hybrid role focuses on managing customer relationships, identifying new rental opportunities, and providing tailored solutions. Responsibilities

  • Manage customer relationships and identify new opportunities for emergency rental solutions.
  • Act as the first point of contact for rental inquiries, qualify opportunities, and connect customers with the right teams.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, Customer Centers, and CSC colleagues.
  • Provide tailored solutions and manage the process from lead to final rental order.
  • Keep customer and opportunity information up-to-date in the CRM.

Requirements

  • Experience in Customer Care or Sales.
  • Native level of Polish and communicative English.
  • Collaborative and proactive team player who can also work independently.
  • Persistent, determined, and solution-oriented.
  • Creative and commercial thinker.
  • Pragmatic, hands-on approach and ownership of work.
